Documenting Incidents
Keep a record of bullying incidents, including dates, times, locations, individuals involved, and any witnesses. This information will be helpful when addressing the issue with management or HR.
Confronting the Bully
If you feel comfortable and safe, calmly confront the person responsible for the bullying. Explain how their behavior is affecting you and ask them to stop. Sometimes, the person may not realize their behavior is harmful.
