- Be the star, not the audience; don’t “watch” yourself doing something; visualize doing it.
- Get specific; imagine every step. For example, go beyond “eating more healthy” to reaching for a piece of fruit, biting into and swallowing it. Studies show that people are more successful in achieving their goals when they visualize every single step in the process.
- Practice; attracting the positive energy/things you want in life takes time, patience, and repetition.
- Keep a gratitude journal. By being thankful for what you already have, you will be creating a positive vibration toward the things you want.
The Law of Attraction’s power is a marathon and not a sprint. It takes time to attract positive, life-changing vibrations from the universe into a personal sphere.
