Harnessing the Power of the Law of Attraction

Visualize the Power of The Law of Attraction

Visualization is the Key

“The Power of the Law of Attraction takes place every day, but we need to recognize that it exists and even more, we need to learn how to harness it exponentially!” – Tim Dimoff

It’s incredible how many people don’t recognize this fact. There is no “on” and “off” switch to this powerful force in the universe. All you need to do is embrace it and let it work for you.

The Law of Vibration

Before you can harness the power of The Law of Attraction, you need to understand that it is based on science. Let’s take a quick step back and talk about The Law of Vibration. The Huffington Post explained it this way; everything from the largest planets to the smallest atom is in a constant vibration state. These vibrations are attracted to the same “frequencies.” In other words, like draws alike things. Most people get lost in this concept because they cannot “see” or “touch” these things floating around in the universe.

Therefore, the first step to harness the power of The Law of Attraction is to accept that it does exist and then open your awareness to harnessing which “vibrations” you want to attract into your life.

What You Think About, You Bring About

To have The Law of Attraction work for you, it is crucial to understand that your life is this way because you made it that way. Now, you may say that you did not intend to be alone or have financial difficulty. However, there is a compelling concept called non-deliberate attraction. Your life is in this state because of your vibrations, either positive or negative, continually being sent out to the universe. If you think negatively, negative people and things will be attracted to you. If you feel optimistic by acting excited, enthusiastic, and happy about life, good things will happen.

“We are all like magnets, both reflecting and attracting what we hold in our thoughts,” said Shannon Kaiser, Author of Find Your Happy Daily Mantras: 365 Days of Motivation for a Happy, Peaceful and Fulfilling Life.

How to Begin

Harnessing the power of The Law of Attraction is simple. Attract the kind of vibrations you want into your life by visualization. There are many ways to practice visualization; dream boards, meditation, and daily mantras. It does work! Some of the most successful people have been very open with how they have visualized a successful life. For example, Arnold Schwarzenegger imagined mountain peaks when he pumped iron, and Jack Nicklaus imaged every golf shot before making them in a tournament.

It is essential to realize that successful visualization, or imagery, is not just limited to what you can “see.” To get the most out of visualization, Real Simple  suggests these techniques:

  1. Use all your senses; immerse yourself by living via smell, touch, sound, so it feels like it is happening.
  2. Be the star, not the audience; don’t “watch” yourself doing something; visualize doing it.
  3. Get specific; imagine every step. For example, go beyond “eating more healthy” to reaching for a piece of fruit, biting into and swallowing it. Studies show that people are more successful in achieving their goals when they visualize every single step in the process.
  4. Practice; attracting the positive energy/things you want in life takes time, patience, and repetition.
  5. Keep a gratitude journal. By being thankful for what you already have, you will be creating a positive vibration toward the things you want.

The Law of Attraction’s power is a marathon and not a sprint. It takes time to attract positive, life-changing vibrations from the universe into a personal sphere.

It’s also important to be open to new opportunities, people, and resources. They may not be in your plan, but they may be part of the universe’s plan.
